Scope and data controller
This notice explains how Rendera Studio processes information about visitors to rendera.studio and people contacting the studio about projects or quotations. The legal identity of the individual acting as data controller and the address details for applications have not yet been verified and added to this notice. The brand name and email address do not replace those missing details.
Information we collect
The enquiry form collects your name, company, email, project name, service selection, expected deliverables, project description and language. Fields such as phone number, target date, budget and reference link are optional. A request number, creation time and status help track your enquiry. Email correspondence is also processed when communicating with you. Please do not send sensitive personal data or unnecessary information about other people.
How and why information is collected
Information is collected electronically through the forms you complete and the emails you send. It is used to review your project enquiry, prepare a quotation and contact you about your request. Technical records support notification delivery and protection against misuse. No marketing or campaign emails are sent. The specific legal grounds under Turkish data protection law for each processing activity have not yet been fully established and verified; submitting the form is not treated as blanket consent.
Service providers and access
Cloudflare provides site infrastructure and security; enquiry records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Resend sends enquiry details as email notifications to hello@rendera.studio. This mailbox is hosted by Hostinger Mail. Delivery status and retry information are stored in D1; an email failure does not delete the enquiry record. Administration requires authentication. Service providers may process information as part of their respective functions.
Optional usage measurement
When enabled with a valid measurement ID, Google Analytics 4 runs only after you allow analytics. It can measure page views and events such as successful enquiries. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and project descriptions from the form are not included in event parameters. Analytics preferences are separate from the enquiry form; rejecting analytics does not prevent you from sending a request. Cookies and preference controls are described in the separate Cookie Policy.
Retention and deletion
There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for enquiry records. Retention periods or criteria for enquiry records, mailbox correspondence and any provider backups have not yet been verified. This notice does not promise that a particular retention period is implemented. You can send deletion requests to the contact address below; the request and applicable obligations will be assessed separately.
International transfers
Information may be processed outside Türkiye through the international infrastructure and email services used by this site. The Resend sender domain uses the Ireland region; this does not establish every provider’s processing or backup locations. Provider locations and applicable transfer mechanisms under Turkish data protection law have not yet been fully verified. This notice does not claim that the necessary agreements or safeguards have been completed.
Your rights and how to contact us
Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698, you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about processing, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, and learn the recipients in Türkiye or abroad. Where the conditions apply, you may request correction, erasure or destruction and notification of these actions to recipients; object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
